A nossa calculadora ajuda-te a calcular facilmente o teu 1RM. <\/p>\n\n<p>Esta calculadora permite-te introduzir o peso e o n\u00famero de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es que consegues realizar num exerc\u00edcio de for\u00e7a para estimar o peso m\u00e1ximo que consegues levantar para uma repeti\u00e7\u00e3o.
